About Women's Activities & Social Services Association (WASSA):

Job Descriptions:

Objective 1: Implementation community-based health and protection promotion
هدف 1: اجرای ترویج صحت و حفاظت مبتنی بر جامعه

• Establish community-based health and nutrition promotion committees (male & female) in the catchment areas.
ایجاد کمیته‌های ترویج صحت و تغذیه مبتنی بر جامعه (مردانه و زنانه) در مناطق هدف.

• Conduct project orientation and mobilization sessions with local community elders/men and women in the communities and catchment areas as well as at the center.
برگزاری جلسات معرفی پروژه و جذب مشارکت با سالمندان/مردان و خانواده های محلی در جوامع و مناطق هدف و همچنین در مرکز.

• Plan, organize and realize daily and monthly orientation sessions, according to the methodology defined, regarding health/relevant messages to health and protection.
برنامه‌ریزی، سازماندهی و اجرای جلسات روزانه و ماهانه آشنایی، مطابق با برنامه تعریف شده، در مورد صحت/پیام‌های مربوط به صحت و حفاظت.

• Organize regular community sensitization sessions for beneficiaries.
برگزاری جلسات منظم آگاهی بخشی برای ذینفعان جامعه.

• Record the necessary information in the relevant reporting tools.ثبت اطلاعات لازم در ابزارهای گزارش‌دهی مربوطه.

Objective 2: Performing health and nutrition education and awareness sessions
هدف 2: انجام جلسات آموزش و آگاهی صحی و تغذیه

• Prepare all the material for the health and promotion education sessions.
تهیه تمام مواد لازم برای جلسات آموزش ترویج صحت.

• Conduct regular health/nutrition and community health education sessions to all clients.
برگزاری جلسات منظم آموزش صحت/تغذیه و آموزش صحت جامعه برای تمام مراجعین.

• Promote behavior changes of clients on health/nutrition and MHPSS catchment areas.
ترویج تغییرات رفتاری در مراجعین در زمینه صحت/تغذیه و مناطق هدف MHPSS.

• Distribute program relevant items/inputs to BNFs in the centers and catchment areas.
توزیع اقلام/ورودی‌های مربوط به برنامه به BNFs در مراکز و مناطق هدف.

• Record all information in the designed/validated reporting tools.
ثبت تمام اطلاعات در ابزارهای گزارش‌دهی طراحی‌شده/تأییدشده.

 

Objective 3: Represent the organization and project at community level and at the center
هدف 3: نمایندگی ازموسسه و پروژه در سطح جامعه و در مرکز

• Present the professional image of the organization related program to relevant communities.
ارائه تصویر حرفه‌ای برنامه موسسه مربوطه به جوامع ذینفع.

• Respect for the principals and values of the organization in the framework of the partnership.
احترام به اصول و ارزش‌های موسسه.

• Develop contacts and explain to stakeholders and populations the activities and the objectives of the programs.
توسعه ارتباطات و توضیح فعالیت‌ها و اهداف برنامه‌ها به ذینفعان و جمعیت‌ها.

• Represent the organization with the beneficiaries with the agreement of the health supervisor.
نمایندگی ازموسسه با ذینفعان با موافقت سوپروایزر.

• Inform local authorities about all aspects of the programs.
اطلاع‌رسانی به مقامات محلی در مورد تمام جنبه‌های برنامه‌ها.

• Involve and inform the communities in the implementation of the program.
مشارکت دادن و اطلاع‌رسانی به جوامع در اجرای برنامه.

• Conduct the community dialogues and meetings with communities on the health promotion.
برگزاری گفتگوها و جلسات جامعه با جوامع در زمینه ترویج صحت.

 

Objective 4: Perform and execute the planned activities of community health promotion
هدف 4: انجام و اجرای فعالیت‌های برنامه‌ریزی‌شده ترویج صحت جامعه

• Perform screening, plans, implementation and monitoring of promotion outputs at community level.
انجام برنامه‌ریزی، اجرا و نظارت بر نتایج ترویج در سطح جامعه.

• To facilitate engagement of the community people with the health centers at the field.
تسهیل مشارکت مردم جامعه با مراکز صحی در ساحات.

• Identify health awareness training needs among community health workers and develop training programs.
شناسایی نیازهای آموزشی آگاهی صحی در میان کارکنان صحت جامعه و توسعه برنامه‌های آموزشی.

• Facilitate the health care services of the health centers to the beneficiaries.
تسهیل خدمات صحی مراکز صحی برای ذینفعان.

• Assist the health center team in all the clinical activities and wards.
کمک به تیم مرکز صحی در تمام فعالیت‌های بالینی و بخش‌ها.

• Facilitate the first aid trainings and kit distributions.تسهیل آموزش‌های کمک‌های اولیه و توزیع کیت‌ها.

• Collect all the reports of CHWs and monitor health posts.
جمع‌آوری تمام گزارش‌های CHWها و نظارت بر پست‌های صحتی.

• Assessing and contributing to properly forge the medical expectations of the target population, in a way of positively affecting their Health seeking behavior.
ارزیابی و مشارکت در شکل‌دهی صحیح انتظارات طبی جمعیت هدف به نحوی که رفتار جستجوی صحت آنها به‌طور مثبت تأثیر بگذارد.

• Facilitate the referral pathway of the referred clients to other centers.
تسهیل مسیر ارجاع بیماران به مراکز دیگر.

• Regular visit of communities that are under his/her responsibility.
بازدید منظم از جوامعی که تحت مسئولیت او هستند.

 

Job Requirements:

• Graduate from recognized institute (Public health, Nursing, midwifery).
فارغ‌التحصیل از موسسه معتبر (صحت عمومی، نرسنگ، قابله گی).

• At least 2 years’ experience in the field of health and nutrition promotion.
حداقل 2 سال تجربه در زمینه ترویج صحت و تغذیه.

• Having experiences in the field of health and nutrition at community level and health centers.
داشتن تجربه در زمینه صحت و تغذیه در سطح جامعه و مراکز صحتی.

• Experience in behavioral change promotion is preferred. تجربه در ترویج تغییرات رفتاری ترجیح داده می‌شود.

• Experience in health care service delivery. تجربه در ارائه خدمات صحتی.

• Excellent communication with communities. مهارت‌های عالی ارتباطی با جوامع.

• Good training & demonstration skills. مهارت‌های خوب در آموزش و ارايه.

• Having a high flexibility level. داشتن سطح بالای انعطاف‌پذیری.

• Good planning, organizing and reporting skills. مهارت‌های خوب در برنامه‌ریزی، سازماندهی و گزارش‌دهی.

• Ability to manage working environment according to local culture.
توانایی مدیریت محیط کار مطابق با فرهنگ محلی.

• Fluent in local languages (Dari & Pashto), Knowledge of English language is a plus.
مسلط به زبان‌های محلی (دری و پشتو)، آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

• Knowledge of intervention area is a plus. آشنایی با منطقه مداخله مزیت دارد.

• Develops and promotes effective collaboration within and across units to achieve shared goals and optimize results.
