Qualification Required:
- Afghan national
- Medical degree (MD) attested by the Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) and Exit Exam Passed
- Fluent in English and local languages.
- Familiarity with Nangarhar & Laghman provinces and related region highly preferred
- Travel to the pre-defined provinces and its districts of is must
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- At least three years of experience in monitoring & evaluation within non-governmental health organizations.
SKILLS:
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good communication and presentation skill.
- Having proper leadership skills
- Proactive approach to solving issues.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to create a supportive working relationship with all project teams
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work on Microsoft Office, Excel, World
