Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields (master’s degree holders will be given priority).
- Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in sales, preferably in the beverage or food industry. Experience in the beverage industry is a plus.
- Leadership & Strategy: Ability to lead teams, develop strategic plans, and conduct market analysis.
- Sales & Negotiation: Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, and sales techniques.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in office and administrative computer programs.
- Language Skills: Fluency in national language(s) and working knowledge of English (preferred).
- Data Analysis: Expertise in sales data analysis and sales software.
- Forecasting: Familiarity with sales forecasting techniques.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues, clients, and senior managers.
- Market & Consumer Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
- Personal Traits: Positive, organized, honest, and trustworthy personality.
