Aseel Technology is hiring a Product Manager for our 50 Afghan Women in Tech Leaders Program Fellowship Cohort 3 to work with one of our program partners. The role is explained in detail as follows:

Full-stack Developer

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our team full-time with a remote-work arrangement. The candidate should be able to work based on Islamabad, PK timezone working hours. The ideal candidate will have experience building modern web applications, collaborating across teams, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.

To succeed in this role, you must write clean, reusable, and structured code, be detail-oriented, and have strong problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable working independently and in teams while staying current with the latest front-end technologies.

Responsibilities:

Develop user-facing features using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Build reusable, maintainable code and optimize applications for performance.
Collaborate with designers to ensure UI/UX designs are feasible.
Validate and sanitize user input before backend submission.
Maintain code quality through Git, code reviews, and best practices.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, attending stand-ups and sprint planning.
Develop multi-language websites with localization support.
Develop and maintain style guides and reusable UI components.
Contribute to a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Essential:

1 -2 year experience in front-end development.
Strong proficiency in one of frontend frameworks React, Vue, or Angular.
Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and modern tooling.
Experience with REST API integration.
Solid understanding of web principles (HTTP, DOM, SSL).

Preferred:

Custom web development across platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Firebase, etc.) preferred.
Proficiency in Git, Jira, and Agile methodologies.
Experience in Ruby on Rails, Java, Python, Node.js, or Laravel.
Familiarity with Docker.
