Qualifications & Experience
- MD degree, Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Statistics, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in MEAL roles within health or humanitarian projects.
- Strong knowledge of BPHS/EPHS frameworks and Afghan health system.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, Excel, Kobo Toolbox).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and report-writing skills.
- Fluency in English and Dari/Pashto.
Working Conditions
- Based in Kabul with travel to provinces as required.
- Field visits may include remote and insecure areas.
- Must adhere to OPHA’s safeguarding and data protection policies

- All other interdictions are stipulated in the staff regulation and other OPHA policies along with the disciplinary measures and all these policies are part of the staff contract with OPHA.
