Job Descriptions:
  • Conduct inspections and testing of materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
  • Prepare quality control reports and maintain proper documentation.
  • Monitor corrective actions and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to site personnel on quality standards.
  • Assist in supplier evaluation and approval processes.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control within the construction or engineering sector.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, testing methods, and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with ISO quality management systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work on-site under challenging conditions and travel within the province.
  • Fluency in Dari and/or Pashto and English (spoken and written).
