About Afghanistan Social and Legal Organization (ASLO):

ASLO is an Afghan non-governmental, non-political, non-profit and non-partisan organization and has the status of legal entity. The organization was informally established in 2012 and was officially registered with the ministry of economy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in 2013.

Job Descriptions:
  • Prepare detailed design drawings, calculations, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to develop design solutions.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations of proposed designs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Review and update design documents based on client feedback and site conditions.
  • Support project implementation by providing design clarifications and technical assistance.
  • Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, or similar tools.
  • Assist in quality control and assurance of design deliverables.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in Afghanistan or similar environments.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Fluency in Dari and/or Pashto and English (written and spoken).
