Job Descriptions:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior & Exterior Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing both interior and exterior spaces that combine functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop design concepts and 3D visualizations for interiors and exteriors of residential and commercial buildings.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and material specifications.
• Collaborate with the project management, engineering, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings in line with project standards.
• Create mood boards, renderings, and presentations for client approval.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Conduct site visits to supervise design implementation and resolve on-site challenges.
• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and technologies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proven experience (3–7 years) in both interior and exterior design projects.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent sense of design, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Strong project management and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
