Ensure and facilitate prompt sharing of information and action on all events relating to security issues
Competencies:
1. Community Engagement: Ability to build trust, listen actively, and work respectfully with community members.
2. Support the children who are registered in the CFSs in the Torkham border
3. Child Protection & Awareness: Knowledge of safeguarding principles, referral pathways, and confidentiality.
4. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and provide practical, culturally sensitive solutions to the children registered in the CFSs.
5. Cultural Sensitivity: Respect for traditions, gender roles, and community norms.
6. Teamwork & Coordination: Collaborate effectively with local leaders, NGOs, and government services.
7. Basic Psychosocial Support: Provide emotional PSS activities to the children in the CFSs.
8. Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate case notes and submit timely reports.
9. Ethics & Confidentiality: Uphold humanitarian principles, do-no-harm, and maintain trust.
