About Afghanistan Social and Legal Organization (ASLO):

ASLO is an Afghan non-governmental, non-political, non-profit and non-partisan organization and has the status of legal entity. The organization was informally established in 2012 and was officially registered with the ministry of economy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in 2013.

Job Descriptions:
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Oversee procurement processes and contractor management.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to resolve project issues.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and laborers.
  • Implement risk management and quality control procedures.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems.
  • Familiarity with local construction laws and standards is a plus.
  • Fluency in [local language] and English is preferred.
