Job Summary:
The Scientific Representative at Avison Pharma serves as a vital link between the company and healthcare professionals. This role is responsible for promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products in a scientifically accurate and ethically compliant manner. The representative will educate doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers on the benefits, uses, and proper administration of Avison Pharma’s products. The goal is to drive prescription generation, increase product awareness, and build long-term professional relationships in the medical community.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Promotion:
• Present and detail scientific information about the company’s pharmaceutical products to physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Use clinical data and approved promotional materials to support claims and educate prescribers.
Territory Management:
• Plan and execute regular visits to healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, feedback, and prescription trends.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, clinics, and hospitals.
• Respond to queries about product indications, dosage, side effects, and contraindications.
Market Intelligence:
• Monitor and report on competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Provide insights to the marketing and product management teams.
Sales Target Achievement:
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives in line with company targets.
• Follow up on sales leads and ensure product availability in retail and wholesale pharmacies.
Compliance & Ethics:
• Follow all regulatory and ethical guidelines for pharmaceutical promotion.
• Ensure promotion is in accordance with medical standards and local healthcare regulations.
