Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Officer to join our team in Kandahar. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing plans, increasing brand awareness, supporting product promotion, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proposing marketing plans and increasing the company's sales, both products and shares.
  • Develop marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand visibility and product sales.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage social media platforms, digital campaigns, and website content.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales goals.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Ability to have daily, weekly, monthly, and annual plans.
  • Daily visits of the company's target audience in Kandahar markets.
  • Assist in developing promotional materials and advertising content.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights into the strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements:
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, and a master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in marketing or sales, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong understanding of Kandahar & Afghanistan market dynamics.
  • Fluency in Dari, English, and Pashto is compulsory.
