Job Descriptions:

TOR:

The Project Assistant will undertake the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Implement the planned project activities as per the work plan and guidance from the Project Manager.
Prepare and organize data and information required for project progress reports.
Provide day-to-day operational and logistical assistance to the Project Manager.
Establish and maintain effective coordination with project right-holders and stakeholders.
Collect and compile data from field staff to support monitoring and reporting.
Enter and maintain accurate data in the project database.
Organize and coordinate meetings with key project personnel and stakeholders.
Provide support to project and MHNT (Mobile Health and Nutrition Team) teams as needed.
Assist in preparing beneficiary lists and distribution records in collaboration with the field team.
Build and sustain relationships with local communities and local authorities to facilitate smooth implementation.
Represent AWRO and the project in district and provincial-level coordination meetings.

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Social Sciences, Law, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or high school diploma with additional two years of experience
At least 2 years of Nutrition and Health Officer experience in NGO or humanitarian projects
Good data collection and analysis skills
Familiarity with Badakhshan province is preferred
Good knowledge of Excel and mobile data collection tools
