• Coordinate and supervise all departmental programs and activities at the district level.
• Develop and implement district work plans according to project activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of services in line with national and departmental policies.
• Monitor the implementation of projects and interventions across the district.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly reports to the head office.
• Supervise and manage district staff, including technical and support personnel.
• Ensure compliance with financial management, procurement, and reporting standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of district operations and resources.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess program implementation and impact.
• Organize and lead coordination meetings with government departments, NGOs, and community leaders.
• Mobilize local stakeholders for participation in departmental programs.
• Address and resolve community complaints and grievances related to service delivery.
• Promote transparency, accountability, and good governance in all district operations.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of district office assets and logistics.
• Identify capacity-building needs and facilitate training for staff and local stakeholders.
• Liaise with provincial/regional offices to communicate district needs and challenges.
• Facilitate data collection, verification, and analysis for monitoring and evaluation.
• Advocate for the integration of gender and social inclusion in all district-level initiatives.
• Review and evaluate the performance of district staff regularly.
• Represent the department at district forums, events, and official functions.
• Any other duties as per project activities.
