KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and/or ATTRIBUTES:
- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or attribute required Knowledge of Afghan NGO law.
- Knowledge of the NGO community, civil society, Government of Afghanistan and international community governance including humanitarian, development and peacebuilding areas.
- Ability to coordinate and cooperate internally (staff and members) and externally (civil society, press/media, and authorities).
- Ability to follow instructions and to ask for help when necessary.
- Courteous and polite whenever representing ACBAR.
EDUCATION, TRAINING and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor Degree in relevant field with Minimum of 4 years of working experience and two years of relevant experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS, MATHEMATICAL SKILLS, AND REASONING ABILITY:
- Ability to speak and write in English, Dari and Pashto.
- Ability to visit and conduct face to face meetings with government sections and NGO partners
- Demonstrate very good written and verbal communications skills in English, Dari and Pashto
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with quality results.
- Ability to work in a team
WORK ENVIRONMENT:

- In regional office
- Travel to provinces required
