The program focuses on building a talent pool that is well-rounded, strengthening both technical abilities and essential behavioral/life skills. Additionally, it provides young individuals with the chance to refine their skills, share their experiences, and contribute meaningfully in a professional context.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting with Inventory Management:
- Support the team in managing inventory levels, ensuring stock availability, and identifying potential shortages.
- Help with organizing and maintaining inventory records, both physical and in databases.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze data related to supply chain processes (e.g., procurement, logistics, transportation).
- Assist with preparing reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in the supply chain.
- Procurement Support:
- Assist the procurement team in sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services.
- Support in vendor management and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Logistics & Transportation:
- Assist with coordinating shipments and deliveries, ensuring products are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Help track shipments and resolve any delays or issues related to transportation.
- Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with the team to analyze existing processes and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on new methods for streamlining supply chain operations.
- Supply Chain Documentation:
- Help create and maintain documentation related to supply chain activities.
- Assist with maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborating Across Departments:
- Work with other departments such as sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure that product availability aligns with customer demand.
