Education/ Qualification and Employment Benefits
Education: Master's degree in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, International Development, or a related field. Relevant certifications in gender and inclusion frameworks or policies
Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience in gender and inclusion roles, preferably in a senior position.
Proven experience in project management, including designing, implementing, and evaluating gender-focused programs.
Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation frameworks related to gender and inclusion.
Other qualifications’ an advantage:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct gender analysis and develop action plans based on findings.
- Strong understanding of gender equality, social inclusion, and human rights issues.
- Familiarity with international frameworks and conventions
Languages: English, Pashto and Dari is required.
