Record the Vouchers as timely Basis.
Provide regular analysis and reports.
Responsible for recording inventory
Prepare the monthly tax report
Responsible to submit on time financial reports for projects according to formats
Responsible to maintain a transparent, accurate and clear financial records
Verify and approve financial transactions
Prepare employees’ payroll their salaries, and remunerations on time.
Developing and managing financial systems/models.
To follow the coding system for the projects.

Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
Document financial transactions by entering account information
Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions
Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
Providing timely responses and documentation for all types of taxes and Follow up annual tax Return with Medium Tax Office (MTO)

Experience of working with NGOs is highly preferred.
Good writing and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting.
4 years of experience in a similar position with national and international NGOs.
University degree, (Bachelors minimum) is required in Accounts & Finance or equivalent.
At least 3 years of specific experience in accounting.
Ability to be flexible, work irregular hours and be multi-tasked. Excellent interpersonal skills.
Intermediate in written and spoken English, and fluent in Dari and Pashto is essential.
Proficient in MS Office and must have understanding of Accounting Software.
