Job Descriptions:
  • The Human Resources Officer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The Senior HR Officer will share any issues with the HR Head and work collaboratively to resolve them.

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
    • Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
    • Manage the job offer process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
    • Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues.
    • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
    • Implement performance management systems and processes & Coordinate performance appraisals and development plans with the Monitoring employee performance and provide feedback.
    • Identify training needs and develop training programs, Facilitating training sessions and workshops.
    • Administer compensation and benefits programs upon the Conducting salary surveys and benchmark compensation practices.
    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures, Communicate and enforce HR policies across the organization.
    • Maintain and update HRIS systems, generate HR reports and analytics and ensure data accuracy and security.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, Managing employee documentation and filing systems.
    • Ensure confidentiality and data protection.
    • Stay updated on Afghanistan national labor laws and regulations and ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements.
    • Promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace with the Developing and implement diversity initiatives
    • Manage the employee exit process & Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
    • Ensure smooth off boarding and handover procedures.
    • Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees and implement conflict resolution strategies.
    • Develop and implement talent management strategies & Identify and nurture high-potential employees.
    • Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives, coordinate with cross-functional teams & ensure timely and successful project delivery.
    • Support organizational change initiatives & Provide training and support during transitions.
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with the Communicating HR updates and information to employees & ensure transparency and consistency in communication.
    • Develop and monitor HR metrics with providing regular reports to the HR Head & analyze data to support decision-making.
    • Share any HR-related issues with the HR Head, collaborate on strategic HR initiatives & Provide support and insights to the HR Head.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
