Finance Officer will be responsible to support the Operations department in daily financial operations and tasks, collaborating with the Operations Manager to ensure accurate financial record-keeping and reporting. Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports while providing administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Financial Duties:
1. Accounting:
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Process invoices, expense claims, and reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
2. Budgeting and Reporting:
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
• Monitor expenditures and ensure they align with budgets.
• Generate financial reports for management and stakeholders.
3. Compliance:
Ensure adherence to tax laws, financial regulations, and organizational policies.
• Prepare and submit financial documentation for audits and reviews.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
