Job Descriptions:

Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
Maintaining IT Accessories and hardware of computer and network system assets
Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware based and electronic devices
Supporting IT Staff whenever they encounter challenges with network devices
Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
Testing new hardware and software before full scale installation and implementation
The goal is to build and maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks to optimize the role of technology on business sustainability
Good knowledge of Wireless Routers, Switches, Fingerprint Machines, DVR, NVR, XVR, Network Cabling and related equipment
Physical maintenance and installation of Printers, Scanners, Digital Senders, VoIP, Cisco Devices, CCTV Cameras, Local Phone Extensions
Check computer hardware (HDD, Mouses, Keyboards, Headphones along with portable devices to ensure for the functionality
Ensure security and privacy of network and computer systems and devices
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
Maintain records and logs along with its reporting
Proven experience as IT intern or relevant tasks assigned
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
Good Knowledge of MS Teams, Office 365, SharePoint
Good Knowledge of VLAN, Servers, Domain environments, File Server
Clear knowledge of Network Troubleshooting process steps
Clear knowledge regarding Disaster Recovery and Backup
Proper reporting to supervisor as the time manner.
Go Through as per the HPL IT Policy along with Company Code of Conduct

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Languages: Proficiency in both national languages and English language is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving performance and achieving business goals
Self-motivated, Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Cooperative and team-working skills
Being flexible regarding working hours.
Disciplined, honest, professional, and hard worker.
