Job Descriptions:

Prescription Review & Dispensing: Accurately review prescriptions for proper dosage, drug interactions, and contraindications before dispensing.

Patient Consultation: Advise patients on proper medication dosage, potential side effects, storage, and administration.

Medication Therapy Management: Monitor patient drug therapies to ensure safety, efficacy, and compliance.

Inventory & Quality Control: Oversee medication inventory, ensure proper storage conditions (e.g., cold chain), and manage expiration dates.

Collaboration: Partner with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to optimize patient treatment plans.

Job Requirements:

Education: Pharmacy Diploma.
Experience: At least 3 years relevant experience.
