About Ahmad Mukhtar Construction Unit (AMCU):

Ahmad Mukhtar Construction Unit (AMCU) is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Survey Engineer to support surveying and setting-out activities for a road construction project in Kabul District 19.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate site surveying, site topography establishment and verification of project control points, setting out of road alignment and levels, preparation of survey records, and ensuring that construction activities are executed in accordance with the approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction surveying, preferably in road construction projects.
Demonstrated experience in road alignment, leveling, setting-out, earthworks, drainage, and pavement work.
Strong practical knowledge of Total Station, Auto Level/Digital Level, and surveying equipment.
Ability to read and interpret civil/road drawings, profiles, cross-sections, coordinates, and technical specifications.
Good knowledge of surveying calculations and preparation of survey records.
Ability to work effectively with engineers, supervisors, survey teams, and construction workers.
Good computer skills, particularly AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Strong attention to accuracy, quality, and technical details.
Ability to work under site conditions and meet project deadlines.

Submission Guidelines:

Contract Conditions

The selected candidate will be engaged for a total period of 6 months, subject to satisfactory performance and project requirements.

The first month will be considered an examination/probation period, during which the candidate's technical capability, performance, accuracy, discipline, and suitability for the position will be assessed.
