Job Descriptions:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the pre- opening and operations of a new, modern 80-room hotel in Khost Province, Afghanistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, achieving financial objectives, and leading a high-performing team.

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant professional qualifications, certifications, or diplomas in hotel or hospitality management will also be considered.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry.
At least 5 years of experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in a 4-star or 5-star

hotel.
Proven pre-opening hotel experience.
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue management.
Demonstrated experience in recruiting, training, mentoring, and leading diverse teams.
Excellent knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage,

maintenance, and front office management.
Experience implementing international hospitality standards, SOPs, and quality assurance programs.
Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), Microsoft Office, and hotel reporting systems.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Ability to deal with owners, guests, government authorities, and business partners.
Willingness to relocate and work in Khost Province, Afghanistan.
