Education: Medical Doctor, Graduated from a recognized medical university, Master in Public Health will be a plus Point
Work Experience: At least 5 years of managing health and nutrition projects with BPHS implementing NGOs, Working with UN agencies and INGOs and related supervisory roles in different positions.
• Proven experience in program implementation, monitoring, and evaluation (M&E) processes.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership, management, and administrative functions.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to actively listen.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and managing several projects simultaneously.
• Experience in budget development and financial management.
• Experience working in challenging environments, including during humanitarian crises or disaster responses.
• Willingness and ability to remain operational during emergencies (natural or man-made disasters).
• Availability and flexibility to meet demanding work requirements, including extended hours if needed.
• Experience of protection and child-focused empowerment programs.
Skills:
-Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and local languages.
-Strong report writing and proposal development skills.
-Proficiency in project management tools and administrative reporting systems.
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
