2. Regularly monitoring the schedule for the renewal and extension of workers’ employment contracts.
3. Regularly managing and monitoring compliance with the factory’s internal regulations, policies, procedures, and safety rules.
4. Conducting investigations into violations and misconduct, and recommending appropriate disciplinary actions, including verbal counseling, warnings, and salary deductions.
5. Resolving disputes and conflicts among employees and providing mediation to facilitate a fair and effective resolution.
6. Regularly managing and monitoring workers’ health and safety standards in the factory.
7. Managing and evaluating workplace accidents and incidents.
8. Developing and providing safety training programs.
9. Assessing employees’ training needs and regularly managing training programs.
10. Conducting an orientation program for new employees to familiarize them with the factory.
11. Designing professional training plans to enhance employees’ skills.
12. Listening to employees’ complaints and taking appropriate action to address and resolve them.
13. Managing and monitoring employee welfare facilities, including meals, rest areas, and first-aid services.
14. Conducting periodic performance appraisals of employees.
15. Understanding the cement production process and the working environment of the factory.
16. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
17. Strong report writing and documentation skills.
18. Performing other duties and tasks assigned by authorized officials in accordance with the factory’s requirements.
