Job Descriptions:

The Internal Medicine Specialist is responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing adult patients with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. The role involves providing high-quality patient care, coordinating with other specialists, and ensuring evidence-based medical practices within the hospital.

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and manage a broad range of medical conditions affecting adult patients
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations
Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans and follow-up careInterpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic results
Provide outpatient and inpatient consultation services
Collaborate with other specialists for comprehensive patient management
Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular conditions
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records
Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications
Adhere to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and patient safety standards
May require on-call duties, shifts, and emergency coverage

Qualifications & Requirements

MD or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution
Specialization in Internal Medicine (MD, FCPS, or equivalent)
Valid medical license to practice
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience

Skills & Competencies

Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
Ability to interpret laboratory and diagnostic data
Excellent communication and patient management skills
