· Provides health services considering humanitarian principles (Humanity, impartiality, Neutrality and independency)
- Establishes and maintains good working relation with BPHS /EPHS implementers and concerned stakeholders
· Provides women friendly health services and respects the privacy of information
· During consultation identifies the GBV victims and refers them to psychosocial counselors
· Conducts individual or group health education as required in MHT or WHFs
· Helps the team for recognizing a safe place for women health friendly space
- Provides curative services to patient and catchment area population according to MoPH and BPHS standards.
- Prepares the MHT schedule based on ground reality and ensures successful implementation of plan.
- Supports the prevision of primary health care, particularly reproductive health within the targeted community.
- Provides specialized assistance to target group client (consultation or referral).
- Shares knowledge and expertise with, midwives and nurses and all other professional staff concerning their job requirements.
- Provides and submits reports to project manager as per project requirements.
- Follows established policies, procedures and project objectives.
- Supervises and monitors mobile team activities and provide on time feedback to staff.
- Participates in coordination meetings to share information and discuss the activities progresses and represents the AADA and UNFPA in such events and meetings
- Performs any other official task assigned by line supervisor and head quarter team.
