Required Experience and Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
· Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT management, systems administration, and ICT strategy.
· Proven experience in managing call center platforms such as FreePBX, Asterisk, FusionPBX, and FreeSwitch.
· Demonstrated experience in website development and management (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, or equivalent).
· Practical experience with dashboard development and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or open-source equivalents).
