· Accurately completing standard registers and tally sheets.

· Actively participating in training workshops and seminars.

· Applying knowledge and skills gained from clinical protocols and training sessions in daily practice.
· Monitoring staff attendance according to the official duty roster.
· Supervising daily staff performance in accordance with their job descriptions.
· Establishing and maintaining positive and effective working relationships among different clinic departments.
· Holding regular meetings with staff to identify workplace challenges and facilitate appropriate solutions.
· Preparing and submitting monthly activity reports covering all clinic departments to relevant authorities.
· Ensuring timely preparation and submission of HMIS report.
OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
· Supervising the performance of pharmacists, pediatric nurses, surgical nurses, and midwives.
· Monitoring support staff activities and ensuring compliance with hygiene and infection prevention standards within the clinic.
· Collecting, analysing, and compiling service data and monthly reports.
· Providing recommendations to relevant authorities for improving healthcare service delivery

· Managing patient flow and ensuring priority is given to critical cases.
· Checking examination equipment and supplies to ensure they are clean and functional.
· Establishing effective communication with patients and caregivers.

· Assessing patients’ hygiene and general condition.
During Examination:
· Taking a comprehensive and accurate medical history.
· Conducting thorough physical examinations.
· Diagnosing and treating patients according to approved clinical protocols.
· Explaining patients’ health conditions, diagnoses, and prescribed treatments to patients and caregivers.
· Identifying and referring severe cases and patients who cannot be treated at the clinic to appropriate referral facilities.
· Ensuring infection prevention and control measures are followed during examinations.
· Properly completing patient registers and records.
