Job Descriptions:
  • Support implementation of organizational safeguarding systems to prevent harm, abuse, exploitation, harassment, neglect, and misconduct across programs and operations.
  • Conduct safeguarding risk assessments, field monitoring, staff awareness sessions, partner briefings, and community sensitization activities.
  • Review project activities, distribution sites, training centers, and community engagement processes to identify safeguarding risks and recommend mitigation measures. 
  • Receive and refer safeguarding concerns through approved confidential channels.
  • Support implementation of safeguarding codes of conduct, safe recruitment measures, child protection standards, and safe programming requirements.
  • Coordinate with program, MEAL, HR, and compliance teams to ensure safeguarding is mainstreamed into planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Maintain confidential records, incident logs, training documentation, and follow-up trackers.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Law, Psychology, Human Rights, Protection, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in safeguarding, protection, compliance, community engagement, or humanitarian response.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality, referral systems, and safe programming.
  • good facilitation, reporting, and field monitoring skills.
  • English excellent, Dari and Pashtu fluent.
