Job Descriptions:

Support implementation of AAP and community feedback mechanisms across project and field locations.
Receive and document beneficiary complaints, inquiries, suggestions, and feedback through approved channels.
Conduct awareness sessions on beneficiary rights, project selection criteria, distribution procedures, complaint mechanisms, safeguarding, and PSEA standards.
Support community consultations, feedback analysis, satisfaction monitoring, and complaint response tracking.
Ensure complaints are referred to the correct department and followed up within agreed timelines.
Identify trends, recurring issues, access barriers, and community concerns, and report them to management for corrective action.
Maintain confidential complaint records and ensure ethical handling of sensitive information.
Coordinate with MEAL, program, protection, and safeguarding teams to strengthen accountability and transparency.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accountability, community engagement, protection, MEAL, or humanitarian response.
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Knowledge of complaint handling, confidentiality, and community feedback systems.
English excellent, Dari and Pashtu fluent.
