Education:

Minimum High School Diploma required, bachelor’s degree in education, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Child Development, Community Development, or a related field is preferred

Training in Psychosocial Support (PSS), Child Protection, Child Friendly Spaces (CFS), or related areas is an advantage
Experience / Skills :
Minimum 2–3 years of experience working with NGOs/INGOs in Child Protection, Education, PSS, CFS, or community-based programs.
Languages:
Fluency in local Languages is required. Basic English skills are an asset.
IT knowledge :
Microsoft Office package

Raises awareness of the Foundation of the risks of policy non-compliance, violence and abuse, and related rights, towards children, community members and our own employees.

Undertakes to comply with key ethical policies and guidelines, including the Safeguarding Policy, the Anti-Fraud and Corruption Policy, the Conflict-of-Interest Policy and other policies related to the prevention of terrorist financing and criminal activities, as well as workplace behavior.
