Job Descriptions:
  • Lead legal awareness activities on Housing, Land and Property (HLP) rights, civil documentation, and family laws based on Afghan legal frameworks and Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh).
  • Train and mentor Community Legal Awareness Facilitators and community-based paralegals.
  • Simplify legal concepts for low-literacy community members.
  • Conduct community-level legal consultations (without providing court representation).
  • Ensure referrals to existing formal/informal legal mechanisms.
  • Support Monitoring & Evaluation by tracking legal awareness indicators.
