Job Overview:
The Women Community Center Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision of the center's daily operations, ensuring the effective delivery of activities. The Supervisor will play a crucial role in creating a safe and welcoming environment for women and girls, fostering their participation, and ensuring the quality and sustainability of all center services.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the Women Community Center, including scheduling, and maintenance.
- Ensure the center is a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all participants.
- Manage center resources effectively, including equipment and supplies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community members and other relevant stakeholders.
- Supervise the attendance and work of the Guard and Cleaner.
- Conduct regular reviews of the center activities and come up with recommendations.
- Coordinate with PSS Counselors and assist them in referral processes.
- Provide enabling working environment for women for information sharing, recreational activities and PSS counseling processes.
- Ensure proper coordination with relevant stakeholders and other WCCs operated by WAW.
- Make sure to come up with new ideas for improvement of WCC activities.
- Ensure proper record of all activities and participants throughout the year.
- Monitor the WCC staff activities and operations.
- Submit timely reports to the Regional Manager as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager.
