Education :
Medical (MD), Education and social sience degree holder from a recognized university with extensive knowledge in managing health and protection projects.
Experience / Skills :
At least 5 years working experience as project officer/manager in primary health care project with national and international organizations in Afghanistan.
Knowledge and experience in protection.
Proven experience working with MoPH, health NGOs, and donor-funded projects in Afghanistan
Has a good understanding of core theories related to mother-child care and protection.
Languages:
Fluency in oral and written communication in English, including representation, liaison, and negotiation skills in Pashto and Dari.
IT knowledge :
Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint presentations, and excel spreadsheets and budgeting).
