Role Summary
The Mechanical Engineer will lead the design and coordination of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for buildings and urban developments. The role includes design development, equipment selection, energy performance analysis, BIM coordination, tender documentation, and on-site verification, ensuring systems meet performance, safety, and sustainability objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Design HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems (concept to IFC)
• Prepare calculations, equipment schedules, specifications, and BOQs
• Support energy modelling and system optimization
• Coordinate with architectural/structural/electrical disciplines (BIM/Revit workflows)
• Develop tender packages and respond to technical queries during procurement
