Position Overview:
Aseel is seeking a results-oriented, creative, and strategic Crowdfunding Lead to lead and expand our Campaign+ platform, the engine powering Aseel’s global fundraising and humanitarian campaigns.
The Crowdfunding Lead will oversee the full lifecycle of campaigns — from concept to launch, monitoring, and post-campaign reporting — working closely with both internal teams and external partners, donors, and communities.
You’ll help individuals, NGOs, and brands launch successful campaigns that make measurable impact, while strengthening Aseel’s reputation as a trusted platform for digital giving.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the strategic growth of Campaign+ as a trusted crowdfunding and fundraising solution in Afghanistan and globally.
- Drive awareness, donor engagement, and campaign success across all Aseel digital platforms.
- Support campaign creators — from local changemakers to global organizations — in setting up, managing, and optimizing their campaigns.
- Build strong partnerships with donors, ambassadors, and humanitarian partners to grow Aseel’s crowdfunding network.
- Develop and execute creative fundraising strategies that drive measurable results.
What Is Expected From You:
Crowdfunding Management
- Oversee campaign creation, curation, and approval process for all crowdfunding initiatives.
- Guide campaigners on storytelling, goal setting, visuals, and donor engagement.
- Monitor live campaigns, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with Aseel’s quality and transparency standards.
Fundraising Strategy & Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of successful campaigns and total donations raised.
- Identify emerging fundraising trends and opportunities to enhance Aseel’s market position.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to promote high-potential campaigns.
Platform Optimization
- Work with Aseel’s product and tech teams to improve user experience, features, and analytics on Campaign+ and Direct Beta Aid.
- Suggest innovations that enhance transparency, donor trust, and campaign efficiency.
Partnerships & Community Building
- Build and manage relationships with NGOs, social enterprises, and community leaders.
- Identify and onboard potential campaign creators and brand collaborators.
- Represent Aseel in community events, training sessions, and partner meetings.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track performance metrics: campaign success rates, funds raised, donor engagement, etc.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly crowdfunding performance reports for the Marketing Director.
- Provide insights to guide future campaigns and improve platform performance.
