Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pre-employability master trainer to design, deliver and facilitate comprehensive training program for fresh graduate students. The trainer will be responsible for equipping the trainees with essential skills to enhance their employability, guiding trainees on utilizing online job platforms, developing communication, time management, interview, conflict resolution and other skills. In addition to this, the trainer will support the project team in progress report, activity completion report, activity monitoring and all other aspects of the training.
The Pre-Employability trainer will report project officer.

- Develop detailed, structured training plans, lesson materials, and resources tailored to pre-employability contents (Writing cover letters and CV preparation, Job interview skills, Job searching and networking techniques, Verbal communication skills, Writing professional business letters and emails, Office ethics and workplace behavior, Conflict management and resolution, Mediation and negotiation skills, Time management and Other topics required by the job market).
· Coordinate with project teams to ensure training content aligns with project objectives and labor market needs.
· Support trainees in developing action plans for job search and professional growth.
- Conduct interactive workshops, hands-on sessions, case studies, and simulations to foster engagement and maximize learning outcomes.
· Update training curriculum based on emerging employment trends and participant feedback.
- Support the project team in preparing final reports, including lessons learned and recommendations for future interventions.
- Monitor and report on the participants' progress, success stories, and challenges.
- Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure knowledge and skills gained.
- Orient trainees on freelancing and how they work as freelancers using the international freelancing platforms.
- Provide one-on-one mentorship, offering constructive feedback, guidance, and actionable advice to help trainees improve their pre-employability performance.
- Assist participants in applying learned skills to real-world assignments such as job searching and networking techniques and job interview.
- Continuously assess the progress and performance of trainees through simulations, tests, role play, and feedback sessions.
- Maintain detailed records of trainees' achievements, performance metrics, and development over the course of the program.
- Provide reports on trainee progress, program effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
