Job Descriptions:

To provide physiotherapy services to those disabled and none disabled people in the area who need physiotherapy services in Hospital
To manage the Physiotherapy care of the patient, including patient assessment treatment planning and implementation for those conditions and disabilities prevalent in area.
To express good empathy, safety and competence in the handling of disabled and none disabled physiotherapy related patient.
To participate in internal and coordination meetings.
To advise on suitable technical aids to the PTA and Family trainers.
To keep the room and it is instrument clean and tidy and store all equipment in a safe way.
To provide necessary awareness in relation to disabilities and prevention of disability for the PwDs, their family and the community.
To give monthly statistic and narrative reports to the hospital.
Any other task assigned by direct supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Graduated from recognized physiotherapy institute (certified by MoPH).
At least two years’ experience in the same field.
Fluent in both National languages (Pashto and Dari) & Intermediate knowledge of Englishlanguage
Good interpersonal and communication skill

Others:

Act according to the policies of OPHA.
Keep confidentiality with issues related to OPHA.
Develop Spirit of co-operation and understanding among members of the team.
Work with honesty and co-operative attitude and keep a high standard of quality.
All other interdictions are stipulated in the staff regulation and other OPHA policies along with the disciplinary measures and all these policies are part of the staff contract with OPHA.
