Job Descriptions:

Job Purpose:

To manage and facilitate the student admission process to foreign universities and educational institutions—from registration to obtaining an official admission letter—in order to provide accurate, transparent, and prompt services to the clients of Gulf Dream Educational Services Company.

 Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Receive, review, and register the documents of students applying to study at foreign universities.
  2. Prepare and complete admission application forms and submit them to relevant universities and institutions.
  3. Maintain regular communication with universities to follow up on admission applications.
  4. Coordinate with the academic counseling department to ensure that each applicant’s information aligns with the admission requirements of respective universities.
  5. Collect, translate, and authenticate required academic documents (transcripts, diplomas, passports, etc.).
  6. Maintain a well-organized archive of student files and record each case’s progress in the company’s system.
  7. Assist in preparing official letters and documents for submission to embassies or visa centers.
  8. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the number of applications, admissions, and student statuses.
  9. Uphold principles of confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity when handling students’ information and official documents.
  10. Collaborate closely with the marketing department in recruiting new students.
Job Requirements:

Skills and Competencies:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of university admission processes in various countries (Turkey, India, the UAE, and European countries).
  • Proficiency in completing online applications and conducting official correspondence in English.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to organize official documents and manage case files.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional customer service demeanor.
  • High sense of responsibility, honesty, and work discipline.

Educational and Professional Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Journalism, English Language, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2–5 years of experience in admissions, academic counseling, or educational services.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Dari, Pashto, and English (working proficiency required).

 Performance Evaluation Criteria:

  • Number of successful student admissions.
  • Accuracy and timeliness in processing applications.
  • Organization and clarity in record keeping.
  • Student satisfaction with provided services.
  • Adherence to professional ethics, confidentiality, and administrative discipline.
