Job Descriptions:

Sales Duties:

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads, prospects, and business opportunities.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

  • Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements.

  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Marketing Duties:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns (digital and offline).

  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and opportunities.

  • Manage company’s online presence including social media and website updates.

  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.

  • Coordinate promotional activities, trade shows, and events.

  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Business Administration and relevant Fields, ( Bachelor's degree is preferable).
  • 2 years proven work experience as a Salesman.
  • Fluency in both national languages (Dari & Pashto) oral and written
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
