Job Descriptions:
  • Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, phone calls, and online channels
  • Promote and sell internet service plans to residential and commercial clients
  • Explain service features, pricing, and installation process clearly to customers
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Follow up on leads and manage sales pipeline efficiently
  • Coordinate with the technical and customer service teams to ensure smooth installation and activation
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales at an ISP or telecom company
  • Strong understanding of internet service technologies (fiber, wireless, broadband, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work under pressure
  • Strong customer relationship-building skills
  • Good knowledge of local market and customer behaviour
  • Basic computer and CRM skills
  • Must be comfortable with field visits and client meetings
