- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field (or equivalent experience) is prefered
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security operations, preferably with NGOs or international organizations
- Strong understanding of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response
- Familiarity with the local security context and ability to build networks with relevant stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
