YAMA Group of Companies is one of the leading private companies in Afghanistan, providing quality services in multiple sectors. We are looking for highly qualified and motivated candidates to join our team as Executive Officers for our offices in Kabul, Herat, Mazar-e-Sharif, and Faryab.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day management of provincial office operations.
• Ensure implementation of company strategies, policies, and work plans.
• Assist in financial, administrative, and operational tasks.
• Prepare and share progress reports with the Head Office.
• Coordinate with local government institutions, clients, and stakeholders.
• Supervise staff activities and provide necessary support.
• Identify local challenges and opportunities, and recommend solutions to management.
• Ensure compliance with company regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience (in administration, management, or executive positions).
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Pashto, Dari, and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally.
