Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily construction operations and ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate closely with contractors, labor teams, and site staff to ensure seamless workflow and address operational challenges.
  • Assist with site surveying, layout, and measurement tasks as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including labor attendance, material usage, and progress tracking.
  • Conduct routine quality inspections and enforce adherence to safety and engineering standards.
  • Report construction issues, risks, or delays promptly to the Project Engineer or Site Manager.
  • Monitor equipment usage and ensure proper handling, servicing, and maintenance of machinery.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols on-site.
  • Contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.
  • Participate in technical meetings and provide engineering input during on-site discussions.
  • Assist in managing site materials, resources, and logistics to avoid work interruptions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in site engineering or construction project supervision.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of civil works, site management, and construction methodologies.
    • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, BOQs, and design documents.
    • Competency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and in remote or challenging field conditions.
    • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
