Mediothek Afghanistan (MCA) aims to empower Afghan men and women by providing them with essential entrepreneurial skills to help them establish and grow small businesses. The training will take place across six provinces of Afghanistan: Kabul, Kunduz, Kandahar, Nangarhar, Bamian, and Balkh, and will focus four key entrepreneurial modules.
The four modules include:
1. Business Development and Planning,
2. Operational Management
3. (Digital) Marketing
4. Business Finance
As a Trainer, you will be responsible for facilitating one-day workshops for 20 participants in each session. Your role will be to deliver the content developed by the module expert, ensuring that all training is engaging, inclusive, and relevant to the local context. You will create a safe, supportive learning environment where participants feel empowered to ask questions and actively participate.
The project aims to equip Afghan men and women with the skills and knowledge necessary to build sustainable businesses and contribute to their communities' economic growth. Trainers are expected to not only impart technical skills but also to foster an environment of motivation and encouragement, helping participants gain the confidence to start their own businesses.
