Position Summary:
The HR/Admin/Finance Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative, human resources, and financial operations at the provincial project based level. This position ensures compliance with company policies, supports project management teams, and facilitates smooth coordination between the field and head office.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Manage staff records, contracts, attendance, and leave tracking.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
Administration:
- Maintain office systems including supplies, utilities, and logistics.
- Oversee documentation, filing systems, and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to project and field teams.
Finance:
- Handle petty cash and prepare financial reports.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and proper documentation of expenses.
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Coordinate with the finance department at the main office for budget and payment issues.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR, administration, or finance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Knowledge of local languages and understanding of the regional context
