Job Description:
The [Golbahar Towers] office is seeking an experienced professional in the field of internet services who can manage, install, configure, and maintain wireless, fiber optic, and LAN networks. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the stability, speed, and security of network services, while also actively participating in the design and implementation of the company’s development projects.

Responsibilities:
• Setup and maintenance of wireless networks (Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multipoint)
• Installation and configuration of wireless equipment (UBNT, Mikrotik, Cambium Unifi, etc.)
• Installation and troubleshooting of fiber optic networks (FTTH, FTTx)
• Configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of internal networks (LAN, VLAN, Switch Configuration)
• Network monitoring using tools such as Zabbix, The Dude, PRTG, etc.
• Technical support and troubleshooting for internet clients (residential and corporate)
• Accurate documentation of network topology, device settings, and actions taken
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of new projects (installation of new links, wireless coverage expansion, etc.)
• Ensure adherence to network security standards and suggest improvement solutions
• Perform other duties as assigned by the office when necessary

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in networking and ISP services
• Proficiency in English
• Strong command of equipment and operating systems such as Winbox, Mikrotik, Cisco, UBNT
• Thorough understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, NAT, VPN, and Firewall concepts
• Ability to read and interpret network diagrams and fiber optic circuits
• Familiarity with networking standards and testing tools (e.g., OTDR, Splicer)
• Holding valid certifications such as MTCNA, CCNA, or equivalent is an advantage
• Teamwork skills, time management, and task prioritization
• Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset
• Willingness to perform additional office-assigned tasks when necessary
