Job Descriptions:

The Admin/Finance Assistant will be responsible for supporting project administrative tasks and financial documentation, ensuring compliance with AWRO and donor financial procedures.

 

TOR:

  • Maintain financial records and prepare payment vouchers
  • Support payroll, attendance records, advance settlements, and procurement documentation
  • Assist in logistical arrangements for staff and field activities
  • Maintain inventory and track assets
  • Prepare administrative reports and maintain filing systems
  • Assist in reconciling monthly expense reports with receipts and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with AWRO financial policies and AHF donor requirements
  • Carry out purchases for the project in field
  • Prepare weekly expense reports and weekly cashbooks
  • Compile and provide documents to the supervisor for further process
  • Provide administrative support to the project field staffs
  • Manage cash in hand
  • Prepare meeting minutes
  • Plan and conduct meetings when required
  • Report incidents and events to the supervisor
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; or High School Diploma with additional 2 years of experience
  • At least 2 years of admin/finance experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and document management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
